Filter Blender 1.3

Allows creation of two filter paths and blending of the results.

Version 1.3 adds support for mask bitmaps and error checking. As a result, VirtualDub 1.4 or better is now required for the filter to work.

Version 1.2 had general performance improvements.

Version 1.1 implemented support for scripting.
